Return Process

Notify us of any issues within 14 days of receipt by emailing our customer service team with your order number and details of the items in question.
- 2.Provide Proof of Issue
For damaged or faulty goods, please attach clear photographs of the product and its packaging to help our quality control team investigate the matter.
- 3.Secure Repackaging
If a return is required, ensure the items are unopened and safely packed in their original shipping box to prevent further damage during transit.
- 4.Processing Your Refund
Once we receive the returned goods or verify the fault, we will process your refund or dispatch a replacement within 3-5 business days.
