How are your beers packaged for shipping?

All our bottled ales and draft containers are packed in heavy-duty, reinforced cardboard dividers specifically designed for glassware to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.

What is the shelf life of your draught polypins?

Our draught polypins are prepared fresh from the cellar. Once opened, they should be consumed within 5 to 7 days, provided they are kept in a cool, dark place.

Do you offer local delivery or click-and-collect?

Yes, we offer free local delivery within a specific radius of the brewery and a complimentary click-and-collect service from our brewery shop in Terrick during business hours.

Are your beers suitable for vegans?

While many of our traditional ales use finings, we have a growing selection of vegan-friendly bottled beers. Please check the individual product descriptions for the 'Vegan Friendly' badge.

What should I do if a bottle arrives damaged?

In the unlikely event of a breakage, please take a photo of the damaged item and packaging immediately and contact our customer service team within 24 hours for a full replacement or refund.
